Hill, 51, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI, sentenced to 180 days jail, 145 days suspended, fined $750, $375 suspended, two-years license suspension, six points, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP, and complete drug/alcohol assessment. She also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days jail, $250 fine, four points, with sentence to be served concurrent. Charges of driving under OVI suspension, open container and signal before turning were dismissed.

Mikayla Wright, 21, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct and was fined $150.

Bradley M. Shafer, 19, Lima, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was fined $150, six-month license suspension.

Michael McLaughlin, 48, Continental, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension, sentenced to 30 days jail, fined $250, permitted work release.

Alivea J. Yant, 25, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license and was fined $150.

Dylan B. Okuley, 22, Continental, pleaded guilty to OVI, sentenced to 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, fined $750, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, six points, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP, and complete drug/alcohol assessment. A charge of improper backing was dismissed.

Rhonda M. Redd, 42, Maumee, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI, sentenced to 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $750 fine, three-years license suspension, six points, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP, and complete drug/alcohol assessment. A charge of left of center was dismissed.
