PUTNAM COUNTY — The 2019 Putnam County Science Fair was held on Feb. 9, 2019 at Leipsic Local School District. 45 judges volunteered their time to evaluate a total of 118 projects, including team and individual projects. There were approximately 56 sponsored awards handed out at the event.
