OTTAWA - Ottawa-Glandorf turned up their game after the first quarter Saturday on their way to a 69-42 non-league win over Arlington.

Behind a trio of first quarter three-pointers the Red Devils had a slight 16-15 lead. The Lady Titans turned the game around in the second quarter with a 22-12 scoring advantage, then broke the game open with a 13-2 third quarter scoring advantage.

Ashley Schroeder led the Titans (6-0) with a game high 24 points, as she two three-pointers, and Kadie Hempfling added 18 points.

Jenna Pepple led the Red Devils (6-1) with 13 points.

Arlington won the junior varsity contest 48-43.

Kalida 36

Fort Jennings 26

KALIDA - Kalida used a fourth quarter scoring advantage Saturday afternoon to defeat Fort Jennings 36-26 in Putnam County League action.

In a low scoring first half, the Ladycats had a 22-14 halftime lead. Ft. Jennings pulled within 24-22 after three quarters before Kalida finished the game with a 12-4 fourth quarter scoring run for the win.

Sarah Klausing led Kalida with 13 points, six rebounds, seven steals and two blocks.

Madison Neidert had nine points, four rebounds and four steals

Pandora-Gilboa 51

Upper Scioto Valley 38

PANDORA - Pandora-Gilboa picked up their first win of the season Saturday with a 51-38 non-league win over Upper Scioto Valley.

The Rockets were up 14-4 after one quarter and 22-10 at the half. The Rams were able to cut two points off that lead in the third quarter before P-G finished the game with a 15-12 scoring advantage/

Kayla Ferguson had 19 points to lead the Rockets (1-5), while Paige Fenstermaker had 13 points, six rebounds and seven steals.

Kaycee Carroll had nine points for the Rams and Haley Hunsicker had eight points.

P-G won the junior varsity game 16-15.

Ottoville 69

Coldwater 49

OTTOVILLE - Ottoville used a big first half Saturday afternoon t defeat Coldwater 69-49 in non-league action.

The Big Green had a solid start to their win outscoring the Cavaliers 21-10 in the opening quarter. Ottoville continued to pull away in the second quarter with a 16-7 scoring margin for a 37-17 halftime lead. The two teams played on even terms in the second half/

Cassandra Kemper led three Ottoville players in double digits with 15 points and Kasey Knippen added 14 points. Briget Landin chipped in with 11 points.

Miller City 50

Vanlue 40

MILLER CITY - Miller City used a fourth quarter scoring advantage to defeat Vanlue 50-40 in non-league action.

The two Wildcat squads entered the fourth quarter tied 31-31 before Miller City used a 19-9 scoring advantage for the win. Vanlue tied the game with a 13-8 third quarter scoring advantage.

Adrienne Kuhlman led Miller City (3-5) with 11 points, while Natalie Koenig, Abby Niese and Kylie Berner all had nine points. Koening also grabbed 10 rebounds with three assists and Kuhlman had four steals. Allison Ruhe also had three assists.

Vanlue won the junior varsity game 22-21.
