COLUMBUS — The OHSAA has announced where football teams where be playing their regional semi-final games this Friday and Saturday.

After wins this past weekend county football teams from Columbus Grove, Pandora-Gilboa and Leipsic all will be back in action this weekend.

Columbus Grove will be the first team to hit the field as they take on Seneca East Friday at 7 p.m. This game will be played at Frost Kalnow Stadium in Tiffin as top seeded Seneca East faces the fourth seeded Bulldogs. The Bulldogs advanced to the regional semi-finals with a 21-7 win over Carey on Friday night

On Saturday night, the Rockets and Vikings will get their turns to advance in the playoffs.

Sixth seeded Pandora-Gilboa (11-0) will face second seeded Edgerton at the Fred Brown Athletic Complex at Defiance High School. The Rockets advanced in the playoffs with a 33-7 win over Tiffin Calvert Saturday night.

The eighth seeded Vikings (10-1) will make the trip to Findlay and Donnell Stadium to face Blanchard Valley Conference rival fifth seeded McComb (10-1). The Vikings advanced to the semi-finals with a 40-14 win over top seeded Mohawk Saturday, while the Panthers defeated Patrick Henry to advance in the playoffs.
