ST. HENRY — Leipsic suffered their second loss of the season Saturday as they fell to top-ranked St. Henry 25-16, 25-23, 25-27, 25-14 in non-league action.

The Redskins are the number one ranked team in Division IV, while the Vikings (17-2) are the fifth ranked team.

Hayley Heitmeyer had three aces on 10-of-12 serving and 17 kills on 45-53 hitting with three blocks, Carlee Siefker had eight kills on 33-of-40 hitting with 10 digs and Liz Scheckelhoff had eight kills on 15-of-18 hitting with two blocks.

Selena Loredo was 12-of-13 serving with 18 assists on 64-of-65 setting, Lyndie Hazelton had 16 assists on 45-of-46 setting and she was 19-of-20 serving. Kacey Dulle was 14-of-14 serving with 24 digs and Brooke Brown was 13-of-13 serving with 17 digs.

St. Henry won the junior varsity match 25-23, 28-26.

COLUMBUS GROVE — Columbus Grove defeated Route 12 rival Pandora-Gilboa Saturday morning 25-13, 25-13, 25-19 in Putnam County League action.

Peyton Brubaker served up four aces for the Bulldogs as she was 18-of-18 serving with 12 points along with three kills and four digs. Haley Radabaugh had 16 kills on 33-of-33 hitting, while Rylee Sybert had five kills on 16-of-17 hitting with 25 assists and Angel Schneider had five kills on 19-of-23 hitting.

Lauren Benroth had 12 assists for Grove, while Emily Ridinger had 10 digs and Amy Vorst nine. Abigail Gladwell came up with seven digs in the match.

Miller City 3

MILLER CITY — Miller City took down Continental in a Putnam County League volleyball match Friday 25-23, 25-15, 25-19.

Katelyn Kuhlman powered the Wildcats (12-7) with eight kills and four blocks, while Abi Lammers had eight kills and 10 digs and Sofie van Wezel had seven kills and three blocks. Brittany Kuhlman had 25 assists for Miller City and Cayla Troyer came up 25 digs.

Miller City won the junior varsity match.
